Corporate/Event Chair Massage

Hire Words & Bodyworks Mobile Massage Therapists and bring the stress-reducing, productivity-enhancing benefits of chair massage to your office, party or fundraiser. Whether it be a one-time event or an ongoing service, offering chair massage is a great way to promote healthy lifestyle choices.

Chair massage can be done in almost any business setting:

• Offices
• Break rooms
• Lobbies
• Board/Conference rooms
• Cafeterias
• Outdoor patios/picnic areas

Choose from one of two options:

1. Individually Paid -

How it works: You tell us how many therapists you'll need and provide space for the massage chair(s). Then let your employees/guests/attendees know we're coming. Choose from advanced or first-come, first-served scheduling. We provide the therapists, massage chairs, music (if appropriate), cleaning agents, and any supplies as needed.

Cost to client: $1/minute for 10, 15, 20 or 30-minute sessions (tips are appreciated but not mandatory)

Payment: We collect payment from each client. We accept cash, check and credit card.

Upfront Cost: There is a $50 travel and setup deposit required at booking. This deposit is payable by check prior to event and will be refunded at the conclusion provided we make at least $50. We will waive this fee for an ongoing event. Offering onsite massage at a business once or twice a month would be considered on ongoing event. Call 412-802-5560 with questions.


2. Prepaid/Corporate Sponsored -

How it works: You tell us how many therapists you'll need and provide space for the massage chair(s). Then let your employees/guests/attendees know we're coming. Choose from advanced or first-come, first-served scheduling. Clients receive 10 or 15-minute chair massages. We provide the therapists, massage chairs, music (if appropriate), cleaning agents, and other supplies as needed.

Cost: $45/hour for one therapist $65/hour for two therapists $85/hour for three therapists $105/hour for four therapists

Gratuity: 10% of total fee will be added

Payment: Once a reservation has been made, you will be emailed an invoice. Payment is due at least one week prior to the event. We accept cash, local check and credit card over the phone.

Massage At Home

We now bring the healing power of massage directly to your home. Receiving a massage in your home is convenient, comfortable, and casual.

How it works
We bring everything to you; table, sheets, music, candles, etc. All you have to do is provide a space big enough for us to set up.

Scheduling
We need advance notice to set up an in-home visit. Please call 412-802-5560 to check availability. Online scheduling is not available for this service.

Price
Choose from any* regularly priced service on our Massage Menu (link to massage menu). A $10 convenience fee will be added to each visit.

*Hot Stone massage is not available as an in-home service.

Payment
We offer the convenience of paying with a Visa, Discover or Master Card right in your own home. We also accept cash, local check and some gift certificates as payment.

Please note that the Frequent Massage Program discount is not valid on in-home visits, regardless of how often you schedule. We also cannot accept vouchers and some gift certificates as payment for in-home visits. Please call with questions: 412-802-5560.

Sick/Elderly Visits
We are happy to bring massage to your elderly or infirm friend or relative. In cases where traditional massage in not indicated, healing touch massage or Reiki can be given. The convenience fee will be waived for these visits. In certain circumstances a fee reduction may be available. Please call 412-802-5560 to discuss.
