Meet the Therapists

Rebekah Delling
Rebekah Delling founded Words and Bodyworks Massage Therapy in October of 2007 as a sideline business. Originally located in Shadyside, Rebekah moved her business to Allison Park in 2008 to be closer to her new full-time job. When the job ended in 2009, she turned a difficult situation into an opportunity and focused on building her practice.
Since then Rebekah has been helping people live healthier, more relaxed lives. She brings over eleven years of massage experience to her practice and is dedicated to providing personalized service at prices regular people can afford. She is also dedicated to staying current and learning news techniques to help her clients.
In January of 2001, Rebekah graduated from Allied Medical and Technical Careers with top marks and a diploma in massage therapy. In addition to a rigorous health care curriculum, she also studied a wide variety of massage modalities.
In 2000, while attending school, Rebekah received her first and second degree Reiki atunements from Brother Doug in Williamsport, PA.
For over ten years she has been honing her massage skills in salons and by operating massage businesses in the Pocono Mountains and Pittsburgh. She enjoys serving the massage needs of her clients from Hampton Township, Shaler, Gibsonia, Butler, Glenshaw, Fox Chapel, and many other wonderful places.
Rebekah is a professional member of the American Massage Therapy Association and is being grandfathered in as a licensed therapist in Pennsylvania.
Rebekah's other passion is writing. In 2006 she graduated Cum Laude from Carlow University with a Bachelor's degree in professional writing. She recently completed her Master's of Fine Arts in Writing at Chatham University this summer. Rebekah is blending her passions by offering both a holistic approach to writing and adding words to massage. Rebekah is the author of several articles and recently finished working on a memoir.
